Is your spouse or dependent child also an employee of Florida Tech covered under their own employee life insurance plan?
Please note you may not elect coverage for Your Dependent if such Dependent is covered as an employee under The Policy. Also, when insuring dependent children please note no person can be insured as a Dependent of more than one employee under The Policy.
